- Team management to ensure OKR achievement for LCC APAC1 (40%)
- Budget planning and management
- Drive the team to reach KPIs defined and maintain good services to customers
- Escalation point for any exceptions or requests from customers
- Team development and restructuring, i.e., training, job rotation, key task and key role definition and develop key people for organizational capability of LCC APAC1
- LCC business development in China (40%)
- Develop product and services for LCC APAC1 team to provide to customers
- Sell services to customers and maintain good services
- Customer relationship management to maintain good level of trust and relationship
- Improvement and collaboration projects with customers and within GS (20%)
- LCC charging model project with OBR
- LCC end to end billing cycle with TMC, LSPs, as well as OSD core services and PUI
- Be the owner to lead any projects related to logistics cost within OSD
- Logistics or finance background with
- Business acumen to sense business potentials and also show empathy towards customers
- Product/service development and sales skills
- Strong entrepreneurship to own topics and drive all related parties to work together for business success
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills to drive topics in a structured and systematic way
- Project management skills with 2-3 years experience leading cross-domain projects
