- Supply chain network design (incl. transport network, warehouse footprint project, etc.) for overland business in APAC
- Transport cost optimization and tactical planning. Responsible for internal BOSCH plant's transport cost saving measures (ratio@LOG projects)
- LSP (logistics service provider) strategy, tender project management and LSP life cycle management incl. QBR, system CIP, etc.
- Market intelligence on overland transportation in China
- Continuous process improvement on collaboration with BOSCH CN plants
- Data management for TMC overland CN incl. forecasting and controlling for CN plants
- Digitization projects in transportation, e.g. TMS, big data, dashboard, etc.
- 5 years management role in logistics functions
- 10 years physical logistics profession
- Knowledge about overall logistics market development
- Strong capability in driving process establishment and improvement
- Strong project management competence
- Broad and substantial management experience across several line and support functions or business
- Creating/developing totally new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products in regard of the organization
- Convincing others with strong arguments or negotiation and final decision maker in the own responsibility
