  • Initiate/execute strategically plan of process & tooling development following specific project/business planning
  • Cooperate/Communicate with other functions and report to upper management in time and correctly for designated NPI projects
  • Stand for the assigned team to lead/participate/cooperate in global operation process, events/activities.
  • Develop capability and capacity of assigned MPDE teams by assessment, hiring and development program.
  • Budget capex, department expense and HC plan
What your background should look likeQualifications12 years' experience of manufacturing engineering and or the development with no less than 8 years of management position or equivalent experience * NPI background/experience of electrical connector or electrical component manufacturing industry with SME level of core process knowledge for one or more of stamping, molding, plating, assembly/cable assembly
  • Professional level of PFMEA, DFM, tooling design and the software, data analysis/simulation.
  • Be familiar with MNE culture, be familiar with connector/cable assembly industry.
  • Fluent English speaking, professional communication capability
