- To lead, overlook and motivate the team on day-to-day basis to meet operational targets and performance development goals.
- Be responsible for (aligned with functional managers in E&S) planning, approvals, capacity management and competence management of teams.
- You have applicable technical education (M.Sc./B.Sc.)
- Experience of leading people. You have been working before as a people’s manager
- Experience with process engineering, marine or manufacturing industry
- Drive and motivate for a high customer centric culture.
- Drive and live the Alfa Laval business principle, people engagement programs and our culture.
- Drive and motivate a high-performance culture via targets and performance programs
- Drive and motivate a high continues improvement culture especially towards ways of working.
- Contribute to development to ways of working and implementation/change management of same.

- Support, coach and empower team to manage day-to-day challenges.
- Co-Drive and motivate for people development via Performance development programs.
- Contribute to development of strategical goals and execution of them. Build trust with customers and stakeholder.
- Contribute to efficiency and cost optimization in BU HGS
- Marine or similar international industry
- Min. 2-3 years of experience with team leading/managing.
- You have experience working with the ERP system.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
