- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and self-expression.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support tailored to individual needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school activities to foster a strong home-school partnership.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and opportunities for professional development.
- Native English speakers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, particularly in a kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
