We invite passionate talents to join our dynamic and fun team in achieving this vision.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?Plan and manage trade coop activities in Eastern China to drive conversion to HKPartner with key airlines to promote tactical offers in order to create travel urgencyMonitor closely the market trend / consumer behaviour to develop new / special interests tour products that align with HK's new travel experiences and major events to drive FIT, first-timer and repeater travel in the Eastern China region. Plan and manage programs for trade engagement and trainingMaintain good relationship with OTA / travel agents and government tourism bureaus to ensure healthy development of travel market in Eastern China regionSupport on planning and delivering programs that drive MICE arrivals and group leadsCultivate business potential from high yield MICE event organisers to select Hong Kong as their MICE destinationContribute ideas in the development of effective actions plans, communicate regularly with local and relevant departments in Hong Kong to ensure plans can be effectively executedRun programs that sustain Hong Kong as a quality travel destination through Quality Travel Service (QTS) program and Quality & Honesty Travel (Q&H) program.Support trade marketing programs including but not limited to sales calls, trade briefings and FAM tripsAssist and execute any work deemed necessary by the Regional Director, Mainland, Chief Representative of Shanghai Office, Director, MICE, Mainland China and Director, North and North-eastern China in Beijing Office.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?University degree holder, preferably in Marketing, tourism or related disciplineOver 6 years working experience in sales & marketing, and/or tourism industryGood communication skills, verbal and written. Fluent in Putonghua and EnglishStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and is able to work under pressureDetails-oriented and capable of multi-taskingStrong computer knowledge and familiar with different business softwarePassionate, proactive and think creativelyA good team player with high level of integrityLOCATION:
