Our client is a international company with steady business growth.
  • Infuse the client's requirements and company strategy into the three functions of quality, ethics and internal audit globally.
  • Bring high-level alignment of the Quality, Ethics and Internal audit team across the three brands with the company's quality objective.
  • Coordinate and optimize the resource of the three functions of the department to contribute to the company's growth and vision.
  • Analyze the gaps between goal and operations in terms of quality and compliances, bring down the tasks to daily work, review and assign resources to close the gap and achieve goals.
  • Regularly review quality, ethics and internal audit policies and procedures to make sure it is up-to-date according to changes of internal and external environment.
  • Support quality management officer and internal audit officer to achieve their goals and execute their tasks, providing guidance and review.
  • Organize cross-functional task force on specific quality and compliance topics for continuous improvements and client focus.
  • Manage the metrics and KPIs of the department, be able to present the achievements of quality of compliances in communications internally and externally.
  • Handle internal and external complaints and appeals, analysis and evaluate the findings of internal investigation to draw conclusions.
  • Make the department client centric, in direct contact with clients to understand the market and trend and infuse their requirements into the quality and compliance procedures
  • Alignment of the quality and compliance systems of the three brands

  • Above 8-year experience in quality management, ethics compliance, and/or internal audit.
  • Hold high integrity level and is client centric.
  • Can work under a high-pressure.
  • Strong awareness and proactive management of compliance and internal control.
  • Strong project management skills to follow-through on the agreed risk mitigation plan.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate difficult conversations, as well as proven facilitation, communication and training skills, especially for cross-functional work.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • English is working language and a must of this position.
