- Develop and execute a comprehensive global investment strategy for the group.
- Design and maintain a robust investment governance framework, including the drafting and enforcement of the Global Investment Policy.
- Lead the strategic allocation of corporate treasury, managing the portfolio across money market instruments, fixed income, etc.
- Serve as the primary lead for institutional banking and custodial relationships, managing partnerships with global Tier-1 banks, OTC desks, and prime brokers.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
- 12+ years of treasury investment or asset management experience, with a significant focus on global corporate treasury or high-growth fintech environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of liquidity management and capital markets, specifically within multi-currency and cross-border structures.
- Proven experience in managing treasury workstreams for IPO readiness, including the implementation of SOX-compliant investment controls.
- Significant tenure within a Tier-1 Global Bank, with deep experience in fixed-income or alternative investments.
- Experience in digital asset treasury operations is an advantage.
