By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to: Senior Project Finance ManagerYou will be a member of the team that manages ABB Robotics’ cash management infrastructure and optimizes cash flows and liquidity by executing funding operations and facilitating the execution of the group’s global payments. You will be responsible for overseeing daily treasury activities, including liquidity management, cash pooling, intercompany transactions, and other treasury transactions.The Cash Management team is responsible for the group’s liquidity, payment infrastructure, and bank accounts and ensures its systems and processes operate efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements.You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Treasurer, business leaders, Finance teams, and the dedicated separation workstreams to ensure that all required cash management capabilities are in place for Closing and fully scalable for the company’s future growth.You will report to the Head of Cash Management of ABB Robotics.Main tasks include:Liquidity & Funding ManagementOversee liquidity of the group, managing stand-alone and pooled banks accounts.Ensure optimal daily cash positioning through strategic funding transactions.Monitor and adapt short-term financing strategies based on evolving business needs.Execute cash centralization processes, ensuring efficient movement of funds within the Group.Treasury OperationsMaintain standardized, secure, and compliant payment processes across all countries.Ensure timely confirmation, matching, and settlement of all treasury trades.Establish and oversee the Robotics Group Payment Factory.Regulatory Compliance & Local BankingMaintain a deep understanding of local banking regulations and ensure adherence.Oversee intercompany and external loan agreements, coordinating documentary requirements with local management.Maintain local banking portals, manage KYC requirements, and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date.Engage actively with banking partners and advisors to stay ahead of regulatory changes.Governance & Internal ControlsPerform bank account reconciliations vs. internal records.Manage E-Banking portal access and maintain strong security controls.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class treasury team, where your expertise will shape the cash management strategy of ABB Robotics. You will be exposed to complex financial operations, working in a fast-paced and innovative environment, all for a business operating a truly global footprint.We offer a dynamic and collaborative culture that values strategic thinking, continuous learning, and professional growth.Education requirementsUniversity degree (Bachelor) in Finance, Banking or AccountingFurther professional qualifications (CTP or ACT) are a plusJob experienceAt least 5 years of professional experience in treasury function of a global company including currency exposure management, cash management, risk management, and financial analysis.Key skillsA strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations such as cash pools and commercial paymentsSolid background in payments infrastructureExperience with the Kyriba systemAdequate analytical skillsAbility to effectively adhere to strict deadlinesTeam Player, proactive mind-set, adaptable to dynamic multicultural environmentStrong communication skillsLanguage skillsFluent in English, other languages are a plusAt ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.
