- Manage and supervise warehouse & transportation routine operation through 3PL and carriers to make sure the daily activities are following aligned E-com SOP
- Monitor daily E-com orders fulfillment rate with high packing standard
- Work as a bridge between Bvlgari China and Warehouse team, make sure all requirements are well delivered to 3PL
- Track E-com quality inspections to provide the best status to clients
- Keep close eyes on E-com stock level. Align with EC and planning team to resolve any stock shortage or longtail stock
- Setup manpower and resource plan according to E-com workload volume, especially during E-com KCP (Key Campaign)
- Follow each complaints from different resources and setup action plan with 3PL
- Keep monitoring SSM (Sales Supporting Material) stock level and setup demand plan to purchase SSM
- Track and analysis logistics costs in E-com replated transportation and operation to define optimize area
- Track with transportation carriers for all E-com parcels shipment status
- Setup daily/weekly/monthly report with 3PL and logistics carriers to track KPI fulfillment rate
- Coordinate with IT team to ensure SAP/WMS/OMS systems in place are effective
- Routine check stock report from SAP/WMS/OMS and find the root cause if there is any discrepancy
- Quick response on stakeholder request and support commercial ad-hoc requirements
- Lead and support E-com related logistics projects and developments
