We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong execution capabilities, to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our logistics processes. We seek candidates who can act as reliable team players, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and contribute to implementing the strategic improvements defined by the senior leadership.What you will be expected to do1. Logistics Shipping
- Work with factories, freight forwarders, and inspection companies to implement ocean shipping booking, cargo inspection, and container loading, ensuring goods arrive safely and on time at overseas destinations.
- Arrange express delivery of samples to the target country and receive reverse shipments of products from overseas.
- Submit materials to certification bodies for application of product conformity certifications (e.g., CoC/PVoC/SONCAP) required by the destination country.
- Prepare customs clearance documents for import and export (e.g., invoices, packing lists), ensuring compliance and accuracy of documentation
- Accurately record shipment data and generate reports;
- Conduct research on access certification policies for new products imported to the destination country.
- At least 5 years of work experience in import-export operations, international cargo transportation, etc.
- Proficiency with modern statistical tools and data visualization platforms.
- Prior experience with product conformity certifications (e.g., CoC/PVoC/SONCAP) for destination countries is preferred.
- Familiarity with customs coding classification for electronic products is preferred.
- Skilled in office software (e.g., Excel), with foundational skills in interpreting and working with data; experience with logistics systems is a plus.
