
Assistant Manager | Landlord Representation

- Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
- Work with our Market Analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports.
- Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
- Work on documentation related to transaction management; building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support
- Help mount and attend various client engagement activities·
- Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
