- Assists in the execution of each outlet overall strategy.
- Keeps Restaurant Manager aware of all activities, issues related to the operation and shares guest's feedbacks.
- Is present on the floor during service to maximise guest experience.
- Takes responsibility for a section of the restaurant, event space or lounge/ terrace and supervises the work from the team to ensure maximum guests' satisfaction.
- Makes sure that the front and back of houses are always impeccable and follows safety guidelines.
- Controls that SOPs are followed.
- Submits all required reports/ documents and communicate in a timely manner.
- Finds ways to improve the efficiency of the operation that will benefit our clients.
- Finds methods of reducing costs without affecting the level of service or product received by guests.
- Ensures POS data are updated and correct at all times.
- Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Experience: At least 4-year experience in F&B. At least 1-year experience in the same role in 5-star hotel or high-end free-standing restaurant.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Hospitality from an accredited university, college or hotel school.
- Skills: Good computer skills. Good command of English. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Personality: Outgoing and goal driven personality, eager to learn and grow. Ability to work under pressure. Great leadership and organisational skills.
