Our Shanghai team is in a phase of rapid growth and is currently seeking outstanding interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global center that integrates customer management and technical services. You will be part of the core department of SHL's vibrant international corporate culture, serving as a Customer Management and Technical Support Specialist during the fall recruitment season (September to December). Your role will involve assisting our clients with the smooth implementation of campus recruitment projects and establishing the "SHL ambassador" image.We are looking for candidates who:
- University students or graduate students based in Shanghai
- Curious and interested in online career assessments
- Enjoy communicating with others and are eager to solve problems
- Basic English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and various web browsers
- Work at least three days a week (including weekends)
- Open to flexible working hours and shift arrangements (office located in Xintiandi area)
Afternoon Shift: 10:00 - 19:00
Evening Shift: 12:00 - 21:00 (taxi transportation subsidy provided)Internship Details
