- Work closely with R&D team during realizing phase to gain knowledge of new tech.
- Setup transfer task plan and milestones acroding to PSGP process.
- Organize regular meeting and neccessary actions to ensure task on time finish.
- Prepare TPRL/PFMEA/PI/BOM1/Routine/checklist for pre-series.
- Line setup and technology training / application.
- Capacity rampup plan analysis.
- New assembly technology development & application.
- Improve production layout to save space.
- Improve production process to gain efficiency.
- Project cost calculation and analysis (ROI).
- Develops new production technologies -methods ，Striving for permanent improvement and simplifying of the workflows
- Provide short term solution.
- Root cause analysis and provide effectiveness corrective method.
- Faliues data analysis to reduce repeat problems occur rate.
- Defect parts functional testing process.
- BOM & Routine create & updated.
- PI create & updated.
- Support other Dept. to finish SAP setting.
- Fixtures select & design.
- Drawing clerification / verification.
- Support supplier development / audit.
- Materials function test for localization & replacement.
- Fix other technical issues from Purchase & Quality department.
- Orgnize regular ECR meeting with OKO to synchronize information.
- Collect change requests from differerant dept. and provide status regularly.
- ECO training / track to production line & share info. with Service hub.
