This role is responsible for supporting the full suite of TA and Investor Services functions for both open-ended and close-ended funds. The successful candidate will also assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including FATCA and CRS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Perform daily TA operations including transaction processing, trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, and investor reporting.Handle investor onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation review in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support the delivery of high-quality investor services, including responding to client inquiries and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with FATCA and CRS due diligence, classification, and reporting processes.Ensure accurate and timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.Provide support for internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and ad hoc projects.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Transfer Agency, KYC, or Investor Services is an advantage but not mandatory.Knowledge of fund structures (open-ended and close-ended) and regulatory requirements (FATCA/CRS) is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support the communication with ClientsWhat you will get in return:
