He/she is expected to understand and learn the business of the clients he/she works for and the marketplace it sells to. (Senior) Associate perform fundamental PR tasks such as monitoring/assisting in the production of media related materials, media outreach and begin developing client relationships. This position is focused on developing the necessary skill set to become a successful PR practitioner.ResponsibilitiesClient
  • Proactive in understanding client's products, business and market.
  • Support team leader to work with clients for daily execution.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Client meeting liaison and meeting recap.
  • Presentations as needed
  • Responsible for client product/inventory closet
Media&Vendor
  • Be familiar with the latest media landscape and comprehend clients' top-tier media.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and familiarity with media pitching and tour scheduling
  • Develop and update core media databases.
  • Monitor media outlets for coverage of client news and competitor developments
  • Generate client-related story angles
  • Daily touch base with media and explore for content collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide assistance with the media events
  • Clear and concise communication with vendors, providing detailed instructions, feedback, and updates throughout the project.
  • Ensure that vendor deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
Writing
  • Draft social content, press releases, and related materials.
  • Translate global press releases, event materials, and other documents.
  • Conduct quality control for weekly reports, monthly reports, and clipping reports as required by the team and clients.
  • Lead basic social campaigns under guidance.
  • Proofread and edit client-related documents as needed
Social media management
  • Be responsible for social media operation and management.
  • Develop social content strategy and content calendar.
  • Platforms analysis, competitor research, monthly report development.
  • E-influencer marketing strategy and management
  • Support social/digital projects, i.e. mini program, social video shooting, etc.
Team Participation
  • Balance workload between projects and account staff to ensure that all work is accurate and completed within established deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovation.
  • Communicate frequently and appropriately with manager
  • Attend agency staff meetings and group meetings
  • Oversee interns and account coordinators as needed
Administrative Support
  • Track/enter time in a precise and timely manner
  • Code and track invoices and coordinate with the Accounting Department
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Research vendor costs for budget development
What you'll bringEducationBachelor's Degree or aboveProfessional Experience1-2 years related professional experience in consumer experience preferredCompetence
