- Keep up to date the channel playbooks for online sub-channels
- Define the online channel, sub-channel and platform long term strategies (co-work with team leader)
- Define guidelines for online channel: Portfolio, Promotions, Price, Visibility (activation plan), trade spending (co-work with team leader)
- Define omni channel investment direction and by occasion core SKU and MSL (co-work with team leader)
- Channel resource allocation based on channel strategy, including but not limited to POSM, Gadget, Sesonal pack, Sampling, etc
- Track and keep improve channel and sub-channel profitability by promotion proposal based on the data analysis by platform by sku; (co-responsibility with Rev Management + Finance)
- New product launch channel strategy design: Portfolio, Promotions, Price, trade spending (co-work with team leader)
- Define the high level activation plans/grid
- Provide recommendations to dedicated campaign on online channels (promotion / price / visibility / focus SKU)
- Omni channel online distribution tracking and develop optimize plan with Regional TMKT and sales team
- Track the various online promo mechanisms, evaluate (with help of Trade BI), define future recommendations and best practices
- Trade Marketing, Sales field, KA, Merchandising, Shopper Behavior Understanding, Category Management processes and practices
- Online consumer/shopper trends understanding, Online channel/platform category trends understanding
- Understanding of Commercial Supply Chain process
- People management and cross functional projects management skills, leadership skills, strong analytical skills;
- Fluent in oral and written English
