- Work with supporting functions to enhance dealer competency and performance, ensuring they are equipped to meet market demands.
- Sales Excellence
- Implement the sales excellence program and key account management initiatives as directed by the global headquarters.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability across the sales team.
- Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities in key user segments and industries to expand market share.
- Create a structured plan that includes a comprehensive commercial action plan focusing on product, pricing, placement, and promotion strategies to penetrate target segments effectively.
- Strategic Support
- Assist the Sales Director in executing key strategic growth plan initiatives, including channel expansion and marketing projects.
- Lead service-related projects to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in home appliance, HVAC, water purification, hardware, or home water system related products. Prefer to have both B2B and B2C distribution management experiences
- Experience with offline retail and cross brand business development experiences
- Experience with trade marketing
- Strong ability to build brand/dealer affiliation
