- Develop and implement a comprehensive drama curriculum that caters to all age groups across the school.
- Engage students in diverse activities, including acting, directing, scriptwriting, and stage production.
- Lead rehearsals and performances, fostering confidence and teamwork among students.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development in the arts.
- Encourage collaboration with other subjects and staff to create interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school events and community activities to enrich the school's cultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree, especially prefer major in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
- At least 1 years of teaching experience in drama or performing arts across various age groups.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
- A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to nurturing students' artistic talents.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
