We are seeking a creative and passionate Primary & Middle School Drama Teacher to join our vibrant international school in China. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students through drama, fostering their creativity, self-expression, and teamwork skills.Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver innovative drama curricula for primary and middle school students.
  • Facilitate workshops, rehearsals, and performances that encourage students to explore their creativity.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork through group projects and collaborative performances.
  • Engage with the school community by participating in school events and initiatives.
  • Create a safe and encouraging classroom environment that nurtures confidence and self-expression.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  • Native speakers preferred; non-native speakers are also welcome
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in drama or performing arts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
  • A genuine passion for the arts and the ability to inspire young performers.
