- Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering, thermal management Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Master is preferred.
- Experience in thermal management development or air condition compressor development.
▪ Senior experience in EV thermal or air condition compressor development;
5-year, 2 application customer project
- Familiar with compressor and thermal system architecture, design target (thermal, NVH performance, failure mode), cost target, validation plan, supplier chain.
- Demonstrated ability of contributing innovative technologies and applications for products
- Effective communicator internal and external
- Corporate with other function members in both technical issues and in proper behaviors with external customers.
- Some experience in software and thermal system test data analysis.
- Pre-sale support, Lead China customer thermal system requirement analysis, and deliver Electric Compressor technical proposal. Communication, explain and approved by customer.
- Define performance test, product quality requirement, product improve, VAVE solution for cost control.
- Support local and global system, software, hardware design and validation for customer project
- Customer support during project execution.
- Benchmark competitor product and proposal product optimize suggestion
- Report to China and global management for bidding, project development status.
