Main Tasks1. Finance Target :Own Order/ sales / AR / Loan budget in the territory2. Sales Activitya) Sales in direct in some private hospital , some VIP hospital and some deals without dealer coverageb) Build and maintain good relationship with local KOLsc) Directly approach the customerd) Work together with market team to maintain local reference sitee) Support marketing activities in localf) Assist national event in the territoryg) Need to provide demo show in some particular products3. Sales support on dealera) Support local dealers for big or strategic dealsb) Develop dealer and provide regular trainingc) Help regional manager to select right dealerd) Monthly review project tracking list with dealers4. Operationa) Provide monthly report about project tracking listb) Make the quotation and involve in and execute order& sales processc) Help local service engineer to fix key customer issues5. Others :a) Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements1.Education :Bachelor degree2.4 years working experience3.3 years sales experience in Medical instrument fieldOther skills1.Supporting dealers from products2.Selling 50% Demo3.Comprehensive knowledge of general business procedures4.Basic knowledge of English5.Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels6.Evaluate problems and find cost effective solutions7.Use of computer software8.Excellent communication developed through customer contact9.Troubleshooting10.Negotiating outside contacts11.
