- Responsible for maintaining relationships with JD platform, and distributor, devising personalized development plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustained business growth.
- Achieve annual sales performance targets, meeting individual performance indicators in the business sector.
- Effectively plan and manage expense budgets, responsible for expense reconciliation, verification, and contract execution management for distributors.
- Strictly enforce company sales policies and pricing systems, and devise and execute promotional and marketing activities.
- Familiar with JD platform operational rules and models, follow platform rule changes, adjust operational strategies promptly, and guide distributors in store operations, traffic optimization, and activity submissions.
- Maintain close communication with JD platform operations specialists, category operations, and marketing teams to secure platform resource positions and activity submission qualifications, enhancing store traffic and conversion rates.
- Gain in-depth understanding of category consumer needs and market trends, integrating with brand strategy to devise innovative marketing plans.
- Conduct sales data analysis, create reports, report key performance indicators, and suggest improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service, establish close cooperative relationships, enhance customer loyalty and brand influence.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce channel sales or customer management, preferably with JD platform management experience or experience in FMCG, beauty, maternal and child, or health products industries.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently handle complex business issues.
- Strong market insight and innovative thinking, able to respond quickly to market changes.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while possessing a strong team collaboration spirit.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, with excellent customer management and execution capabilities.
