  • Optimize digital shelf presence through content strategy, search ranking, and conversion rate optimization
  • Manage eCommerce P&L, budget allocation, and ROI measurement across channels
  • Build data-driven promotional calendars and campaign mechanics tailored to platform algorithms
  • Collaborate with sales, brand, and supply chain teams to develop eCommerce-first product innovations
  • Lead a high-performing team of digital marketers and trade marketing specialists
Lead overall CBEC trade marketing and ec marketing responsibility.Have a chance to expand an ecommerce business worth billions rmb.
  • 10+ years experience in eCommerce trade marketing with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in managing >¥1billion annual eCommerce GMV
  • Deep understanding of Chinese digital ecosystem and platform operations
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in data tools (Ali Index, DataTower, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
