- Optimize digital shelf presence through content strategy, search ranking, and conversion rate optimization
- Manage eCommerce P&L, budget allocation, and ROI measurement across channels
- Build data-driven promotional calendars and campaign mechanics tailored to platform algorithms
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and supply chain teams to develop eCommerce-first product innovations
- Lead a high-performing team of digital marketers and trade marketing specialists
- 10+ years experience in eCommerce trade marketing with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing >¥1billion annual eCommerce GMV
- Deep understanding of Chinese digital ecosystem and platform operations
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in data tools (Ali Index, DataTower, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
