Provide IT project delivery, and assist project manager on project planning, stakeholder communication, development, testing, release and so on.
Lead or assist teammate to provide business & technical solution fit for business need.
Accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
Liaise with other teams, include architects, business stakeholders and so on to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.
Conduct end-to-end system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation.
Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
Prepare project-related documentation and provide support on compliance and audit checking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record (5+ years) in IT project manager role and (5+ years) in development role.
Proficiency in project and delivery management with large/medium scale deliverables with strong track record.
Experience working in SDLC / Agile Development Methodologies.
Have basic knowledge in programming language (e.g., Java, Python, AS400).
A successful history of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Cantonese would be an advantage.
Experience in HSBC / HASE Wealth systems would be an advantage.
Proven experience in AI and python would be an advantage.
