- Manage a squad teams of developers performing system development work and system analysis.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team delivery.
- Ensure the stories delivered meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget to an agreed level of quality.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive prioritisation, alignment, and delivery of technology initiatives.
- Remove delivery blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues to keep the team on track.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Track and communicate progress, sprint outcomes, and key delivery metrics to support transparent planning and informed decision-making.
- Organise quarterly PI planning sessions, ensuring inputs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery outcomes are fully discussed, aligned, and agreed with relevant stakeholders, and continue to track and monitor progress throughout the PI.
- Work closely with architecture team to deliver solutions that appropriately address business needs and timelines.
- Participate in the system integration activities with other teams and make sure the solution complies with group architecture policies and standards.
- Relevant analysist role in banking industry working experience.
- Proven experience in the HSBC business environment or an IT analysist role.
- Understanding of how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer.
- Traceable analysis experience and knowledge of structured techniques and Group standards.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Good English communication skill including writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
- Experienced in managing scrum and hosting various scrum activities ensuring development deliverables are well governed in proper scrum processes.
- Experienced in managing complex requirements, from initialization of discussions to design and build and implementation.
- Sophisticated in detailed technical design for IT applications in terms of collaborating with designers and developers and various IT component teams stakeholders for delivery from front to back perspective.
- Experience in digital messaging or chat channel delivery, preferably in customer engagement or servicing journeys.
- Familiarity with third-party messaging platform integration, such as WeCom or similar social/chat channels.
- Good understanding of API integration and system connectivity across enterprise platforms.
- Awareness of data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations for customer communications in banking.
- Experience working across complex multi-team delivery with business, technology, and external partners.
