  • Bring outside-in industrial expertise to drive, catalyze and augment operational breakthrough improvement changes across TR China plants' capabilities
  • Invest on the competency gap of advanced manufacturing technologies/supply chain solution available in local market
  • Via market-benchmarking, deep-dive and partnership, to identify sustainable cost/competitiveness opportunities & hard savings for region
  • Foster High-performance-benchmarking culture (external-oriented) in the industrial team to chase impossibilities & stretches
Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Build up full benchmarking on Manufacturing process/value chain/advanced tech/automation beyond Tire/Tire cord industries with industries winners in China
  • With operation, tech, pillars, etc, to analyze, propose extra cost saving pipeline (non-volume related) and implementation plans for the region (xx M Euro/Year extra saving opportunities) for NAS
  • Take deployment ownership together with operation/tech team for plan, implement and deliver the expected performance and financial objectives (initiatives)
  • Deep dive and provide critical/relevant mapping of available-and-leverageable resources assessment to challenge and support industrial build-or-buy scenarios
  • Interface with Commercial/R&D team on exploration of new innovations from industrialization perspective
SkillsProfessional expertise and knowledge in supply markets of steel, copper, SMW, machining equipment, manufacturing & logistics automation solutions, etc. in China and AsiaPrevious Experience
  • In-depth of industrial knowledge, background & experience in manufacturing industries (10+ years in key domains: Mechanical processing, metallic formation, coating, electric & electronics automation, chemical etc)
  • Solid experience and track record of Industrialization for new product development, upgrading of manufacturing premises, critical supply market development
  • Hands-on LEAN manufacturing practitioner/champion (
5 years ) * Working experience in sizeable industrial leading companies
  • Impactful change champion
