Job Description:The China Supply Chain Finance Program Management team is seeking an Analyst/Associate who will be responsible for a portfolio of active supply chain finance programs within our large corporate customer segment.As a Relationship Manager Associate in Supply China Finance, you will take ownership for each assigned program and will be responsible for driving asset and revenue ramp through the identification of both organic and strategic growth opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as with both internal and external partners.Job responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact of suppliers and buyers, handle the SCF supplier enrollment and day-to day communication with suppliers and buyers.
Drive revenue generation via SCF program ramp while supporting the client's ability to achieve their own organizational objectives
Identify roadblocks, opportunities, and recommend strategies for each client's program to achieve optimal success
Establish and maintain program-specific road maps and lead annual review engagements, as needed
Monitor credit facility usage, patterns, and work in close partnership with Syndication to ensure sufficient capital is available to accommodate discounting needs
Facilitate requests and inquiries with cross functional partners across the JPM franchise (Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product and others)
Work in conjunction with external partners to establish and continually refine procedures in support of overall client program execution
Utilize internal databases and follow a high degree of integrity for reporting needs and analytics
Support the implementation and usage of several critical technology initiatives designed towards improving the business' broader operating model
Coordinate program expansions, supplier enrollment activity, and other related delivery tasks with global program manager and counterparts in other regions
Assume responsibility for managing ad hoc requests and periodic stretch projects through to completion

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1 - 3 years financial services experience preferred
Preferred familiarity with or exposure to Trade Finance, Working Capital, and Supply Chain Finance solutions
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while remaining conscious of timing sensitivities
Strong verbal and presentation skills with comfort leading interactive client discussions
Analytical with strong attention to detail
Sales/Credit experience a plus
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Bachelor's Degree
