Relocation Assistance Available: NoThe HR Manager for AP Supply Chain & Procurement, AP reports to the HR Director - AP Operations & Technology. The candidate will collaborate closely with the global HRBPs for Supply Chain and Procurement, HR SSC and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions to the function in accordance with business needs and associate lifecycle. In summary, the Senior HR Manager for AP Supply Chain & Procurement acts as a strategic partner, associate champion and change agent to the AP Supply Chain and Procurement teams.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Leveraging the expertise of organization design and knowledge of business needs to design and implement an effective structure. Analyze trends and indicators in partnership with HRD for AP Operations & Technology, Global HRBPs, HR Services and COEs to deliver relevant solutions to the business
- Maintain and support relationship building to drive talent management, including functional capability building, IDP, talent assessment and acquisition for support business and effectively manage in a matrix structure to enable strong functional talent pipelines' building.
- Acts as a champion of building high-performance culture to drive employee engagement, provide counseling opportunities, and consult leaders and associates to maximize experience and potential. Lead the change management to create an open and transparent communication platform, partner with the business leaders to champion associate engagement activities to build an inspiring and inclusive culture in Goodyear
- In partnership with AP Supply Chain & Procurement leaders, HRD for AP Operations & Technology, Global HRBPs to build and drive the specific skills/capability programs in the supply chain and procurement function
- Work with AP Supply Chain & Procurement leaders, HRD for AP Operations & Technology, Global HRBPs to resolve HR and people related matters in AP Supply Chain and Procurement to drive towards continuous improvements and sustainability
- More than 7-8 years' experience in a manufacturing industry, or from a mid-to large size MNC background, as a senior HR business partner or in a client facing HR manager role
- Successfully balancing multiple priorities within the organization while maintaining good employee engagement and satisfaction
- Experience in driving Talent Management strategy through matrix organizations with strong strategic influencing skills with a people touch
- Experience with addressing business risks and opportunities effectively and efficiently.
- Has previous experience in managing a regional or AP-wide HR portfolio, living outside of home country
