Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPrimary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）Improve patient outcomes and transform disease management practice by demonstrating and communicating the medical value of personalized healthcareBroaden the availability of innovative technologies and therapies tailored to individual patients’ specific disease profilesProactively identify medical needs and opportunities, focus on locally generate relevant evidence to demonstrate the value of patient outcome and support the change in treatment paradigm towards patient specific profile based treatment and support broader access and reimbursement for innovative healthcare solutions.Reinforce Roche’s external position as a scientific leader in the increasingly competitive and evolving personalized healthcare landscapeStrict adherence to the company’s corporate policies, SOP and local regulations for all initiativesPrincipal Roles & Responsibilities/Accountabilities 主要职责/责任- Improve patient outcomes and transform disease management practice by demonstrating and communicating the medical value of personalized healthcarea) Collaborate with key external stakeholders (e.g., medical society, TAEs, hospital management group, healthcare policy maker, payers) to position Roche as the preferred partner in personalized healthcare and patient value based healthcare.b) Ensure medical value of personalized healthcare are well communicated and recognized by healthcare system through leveraging existing medical team setups, expertise and existing collaborations with stakeholders.- Broaden the availability of innovative technologies and therapies tailored to individual patients’ specific disease profiles
  • a) Proactively identify clinical practice gaps and unmet medical needs, drive the development and clinical adoption of innovative technologies and therapies tailored to individual patients’ specific disease profiles.
  • b) Facilitate access and generate evidence to support clinical use of molecular guided treatment options and to expand reimbursement of actionable therapies, digital applications, clinical decision support system, etc
- Generate evidence to demonstrate the value of PHC & VBH and support the change in treatment paradigm towards patient specific profile based treatment
  • a) Proactively develop the data collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. leading medical society, established RWD platform ) to serve PHC practice & maximize patient value
  • b) Identify medical needs and opportunities, develop local data generation plan to forward PHC and VBH practice with good strategic alignment
  • c) Generate patient outcomes-focused evidence to support personalized healthcare practice for an integrative product offering
  • d) Focus on locally relevant evidence generation activities to unlock the full potential of personalized healthcare for patients, and support broader access and reimbursement for PHC solutions.
- Reinforce Roche’s external position as a scientific leader in the increasingly competitive and evolving personalized healthcare landscape
  • a) Leverage Roche internal expertise, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, foster external PHC ecosystem key player’s collaboration, address key stakeholders’ needs, and demonstrate the scientific value and Roche’s external position as a scientific leader in PHC.
- Strict adherence to the company’s corporate policies, SOP and local regulations for all initiatives for PHC and VBH
  • a) Ensure appropriate scientific and medical compliance, governance and risk management with the framework of optimized patient centric risk/benefit in the PHC.
  • b) Ensure all medical initiatives implemented strictly adhere to Roche SOPs/codes and local regulations
Qualification and Experience能力与经验Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma or ScienceMaster Degree or above (preferred)3 years’ clinical experience with good knowledge on clinical standard diagnose and treatment practice3 years’ experience in medical affairs or clinical development in multinational pharmaceutical companyLeadership Competencies 领导者胜任力Strategic agilityTechnical and business expertiseInspiring and influencingDemonstrated ability in cross-functional leadershipTeamwork and collaborationJob Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力Deep and broad understanding of the industry, medical practice as well as innovation that has to do with personalized healthcare.
