Tasks & Missions- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our digital and social media platforms(copy + design + content creation photo/video) on Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Little RedBook and our website page.- Help to manage, grow and maintain the company's community on social media.- Do a competitor analysis with a SWOT and draw feedback for short, medium & long-termstrategies.- Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to assess the effectiveness ofcommunication strategies and draw marketing strategies.- Assist in sourcing, contacting and creating strategic partnerships with Chinese collaborators(wedding agency, PR agencies, travel agencies etc)- Help create and launch communication campaigns (paid social media, print etc)- Develop proposals and mood boards based on given themes.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing and salesinitiatives.- Assist in sourcing, contacting and creating partnerships with exclusive venues in Europe.Qualifications- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proficiency in using social media platforms and an understanding of digital marketing trends.- Good knowledge of graphic design (Canva, InDesign) and video editing tools is a plus.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in EN and CN is preferred and otherEuropean languages are a plus.- Ability to work independently and as a team player as well.- A passion for weddings, events and entrepreneurship.Benefits- Gain practical experience in launching a business and starting everything from scratch.- Get to know how to organize events from A to Z.- Opportunities for professional growth and independence.- Knowledge of digital marketing and communication campaigns.- Mentorship and guidance from an experienced professional.- Exposure to a dynamic and high-end industry.LocationShanghai, China.
