- Daily trouble shooting for equipment in production line.
- Preventive Maintenance plan and execution.
- New machine setting.
- Continuous improving to support other dept requirement （Production, EHS, Lab, Warehouse…）.
- Daily 24 hours support troubleshooting, repairing work, routine checking on production line to ensure finishing production plan.
- Weekly/Monthly report of machine downtime analysis and corrective actions tracking.
- Responsible and support for all PLC, Electricity works in daily maintenance.
- Provide maintenance plan, manual and work instruction for production equipment and facility.
- Responsible for all paperwork in daily maintenance.
- Develop instructions for Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance, training technicians and operators.
- Setup facility/production equipment maintenance project, support machine relocation and installation.
- Develop and update spare parts, tooling, consumable material list.
- Monitor daily work activities according in health, safety and environmental requirements, report accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.
- Setting continuous improving project for cost saving. (Energy, spare parts, labor cost…)
- Support other departments to finish project and daily work.
