Roll Expert

• Coordinate roll procurement and carry out maintenance and calibration works of Rolls, Chock and Bearings.
• Maintenance works on Roll Shop Management System.
• Analyze the root-cause of problems for rolls and grinding process.
• Control and improve the quality indexes of Roll, mainly focus on roll material, manufacturer control, roll grinding, online application, etc.
• Check equipment and ensure working precisions ensure rolls working correctly.
• Evaluate and report the roll performance based on some key factors.
• Decrease roll consumption.

• Bachelor's degree or above with the academic backgrounds of Mechanical, Materials or Computer, etc.
• A certain capability of computer programming.
• At least 10 years working experience in rolling process or roll shop in wide Hot Strip Rolling Mill, preferred to in silicon steel production.
• At least 5 years working experience about rolls in wide Sot Strip Mill.
• Prefer to proficient English in reading, listening , speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
