The Procurement COE & Operation Manager is responsible for driving procurement excellence by efficiently executing e-sourcing activities and ensuring a seamless end-to-end process from Source to Pay. This includes preparing and analysing RfX/e-Auction events, onboarding suppliers, training stakeholders, tracking performance KPIs, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • E-Sourcing Activities: Prepare, execute, launch, and analyse RfX/e-Auction events on our e-sourcing platforms. Ensure the successful execution of these events to drive value and efficiency.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with our systems and processes.
  • Training and Development: Train category buyers and suppliers on our Source to Pay processes and system technologies. Provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities. Analyse data anomalies and provide preliminary optimisation suggestions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our business-as-usual processes. Develop standard templates and processes, and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is a plus. You should have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on e-sourcing and process improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-sourcing platforms and tools is essential. Experience with Source to Pay systems and is technologies highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to define and track KPIs, analyse data anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership and Training: Proven experience in training and developing teams. Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor category buyers and suppliers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements. Knowledge of automation tools and techniques is a plus.
