- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales, vendor sales management, or partner management in a sales or service environment.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and English fluently.
- Export industry experience.
- Experience with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Google Ads campaign building and optimization, especially for Builders, Upper Mass Market, and Scaled Onboarding roles.
- Familiar with digital advertising, Google Ads, and vendor agreement terms.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Excellent coaching, partnership development, and leadership skills.
- Develop regional acquisition strategy, inline with country strategy and customized for regional to best capture local uniqueness, balance short and long-term growth. Drive strategy alignment and implement across vendor partners and cross-functional teams.
- Enable vendor sales performance. Monitor sales performance metrics and share key market insights with Google leadership. Consult on vendor-led business reviews, ensuring performance diagnoses, mitigation plans, and follow-up to deliver results.
- Ensure vendor service quality against contracted service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, and holding vendor management accountable to make improvements.
- Build influential, trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management for Google, communicating expectations for delivering against program-specific agreement terms while providing appropriate support (e.g., product, tool, and process support and cascade central changes), best practices, and guidance.
