- Formulation development for applications in textile.
- Drive product innovation on technologies and applications.
- Collaborate with teams of corresponding leadership/stakeholders and associated customers/external parties that allow the achievement of business goals.
- Product development, localization and modification based on business requirement and market needs.
- Manage overall project works in the group for reporting, deadlines, decisions with all project stakeholders.
- Support operation team to complete new product scale-up, optimize manufacturing process and solve the quality problem with related products.
- Supporting TCS and business team on solving technical problem and providing technical training if required.
- Study available patent landscape and strengthen Henkel's IP through patent development in area of competence.
- Participates in site's safety and/or 5S programs.
- Master's degree or higher.
- Major in polymer science, material science, or chemistry related.
- At least 5 years' professional experience in product development for textile assembly esp. silicone based technology, including adhesives, sealant, coating, and polymer synthesis. Experiences on textile related adhesive is preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to solve fundamental problems associated with assigned team, technology, application and/or product line.
- Demonstrate know-how on analysis and office tools.
- Efficient schedule management capability.
- Good communication skills among cross functional teams.
- Fluent English both in written and oral.
