- Proactively contribute to location strategy house definition, deployment and implementation;
- Motivate, develop and promote high performance team;
- Develop individual associate and prepare for the people pipelines;
- Provide suitable technical solution to contribute the plant business and operational KPIs;
- Process & technology study and pilot application in series production or projects;
- Digitalization in manufacturing with automation, robots, vision technique or AI;
- Engineering change management and product master data;
- Configuration prototypes management from request until delivery as series;
- Relocation project acquisition and management;
- Industrial engineering;
- Machine repair and preventive maintenance;
- Other relevant jobs assigned.
- MSc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering;
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing and production;
- 6+ years experience in senior leadership role;
- Solid knowledge in ISO 9001 or IAFT 16949;
- Rich knowledge and experience in lean production system;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven and result-oriented;
- Curious on technology and digitalization;
- Solid experienced in people development, team building and transformation;
- Proficient experience in project management and multi-task handling;
- Strong communication, collaboration sense and practice;
- Fluent written/verbal in English, German as plus.
