Our client, a German based trading firm, who is looking for an Logistic Officer / Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Hong Kong.Job Description

Check daily delivery record and prepare delivery statistic report
System processing for daily delivery
Local/china shipment and statement tracking
Prepare courier form for all FOB and local courier
Shipment tracking and update info into the system
Assist the sampling department on daily routine work, eg. preparing packing list and shipment arrangement etc.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably gained from trading or manufacturing
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Detail minded, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure

** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistic Officer / Assistant Sales Administrator
