· Assist customers with order status, product questions, returns, and general troubleshooting.
· Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
· Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.Qualifications· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
· A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
