- Delivers critical input and analysis of the underlying cost and sales drivers to support the strategy and business plan development processes for retail stores
- Provides in-depth analysis to the retail team of Turnover drivers with focus on controlled business
- Organizes and develops sales performance analyze reports
- Identify and prioritize the opportunity to drive operation excellence and competences to support retail business to achieve company commercial targets
- Analyses and interprets business results, tracks achievement vs. targets and proposes corrective measures
- Take initiative to work closely with Retail Operation Team to drive sales growth (ex: product allocation; product feedback to merchant team; CRM; Omni-Channel, Grassroots…)
- Strong reporting, score carding and analysis experience interpreting complex data including using advanced Excel features, queries and statistical tools
- Highly analytical mind-set with the ability to look at vast amounts of data and synthesize that information into intelligence that can be acted upon by the business
- 5-8 years of customer facing experience, experience in Retail
- High sense of responsibility, Self-motivating
- Good communication skill, Dealing with ambiguity,
- Result driven, Customer driven,
- Fluency in English and proficient in Mandarin
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Shanghai office.
