- Develop & maintain customer profiles, collect market and customer information through various channels including but not limited to market research, analyze competitive landscape and industry trends, and develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, relevant sales targets and marketing budgets based on customer situations.
- Formulate co-branding marketing activities, organize or participate in industry exhibitions, technical forums, etc. to enhance the brand's visibility in the professional market. Also need to convert product technical advantages into value propositions that customers can clearly understand, and create corresponding promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Baking Center, coordinate internal resources in a project-based manner, coordinate with sales to regularly visit customers, handle major customer complaints and public relations crises, and participate in the development of major project proposals, bidding negotiations and contract signing, in order to strengthen long-term cooperative relationships.
- Maintain and deepen customer relationships, keep and strengthen the coordination with the customer's marketing department, handle major customer feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Food Science; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in customer segmentation, trade marketing, omni channel events execution.
- Strong understanding of bakery industry dynamics, including Western/Chinese bakery trends, OEM operations, and foodservice demands.
- Proficiency or familiar in the operation of the sales and technical support teams
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ability for control and advance projects independently
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills &Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
