- Monitors and influences nurture brand portfolio performance to ensure it meets category Annual Operating Plan (AOP) NSV, %GM, CAAP, %CAAP, Price/mix for their category.
- Grow value share.
- Develop and deployment of marketing plans for our malts brands that help build brand equity, grow market share, and deliver sustainable profitable growth.
- Anticipates and manages upsides and risks to ensure achievement of business targets.

- Lead the development of China brand strategy and annual Marketing Business Plan for Malts and White Sprits.
- Localize, adapt, and/or co-develop global growth drivers with Global Brand Team’s (GBT) support. Initiate and develop new local growth drivers as business required
- Brand culture, media and digital strategy that continue improve brand awareness, trial and penetration
- Lead the BLT/channel activation plan via heavy engagement with RSDs, central and regional customer marketing, S&OP.
- A ‘hand in glove’ partnership with global innovation team to fully utilize the innovation assets in China to deliver our strategy.
- Ensure the right growth drivers and marketing assets are in place for the market and agree adaptation where required to accommodate local nuances.
- Ensure the right innovation pipeline for the Greater China is developed and deployed in collaboration with the Asia Innovation team.
- Build a compelling brand positioning and integrated communication strategy that reflects Chinese consumer insights and premium whisky culture.
- Lead the development of the innovation pipeline and long‑term portfolio architecture, defining product concepts, liquids, packaging, and launch sequencing to ensure sustainable brand growth.
- Oversees the planning and establishment of the Yuntuo Brand Home, shaping the physical brand experience, storytelling journey, and consumer engagement programs to bring the brand’s identity to life.
- Proven successful experiences in brand marketing. Total Alcoholic Beverage (TBA) experience would be a plus.
- Solid expertise in the China marketing& commerce environment.
- Experienced in managing P&L and large budgets.
- Proven experience of successfully working across portfolios within a multinational company.
- Global innovation or Build/New Product Development experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership with a track-record of successful interventions in pervious organization.
- Proven ability to inspire and coach brands team to deliver great work.
