Architect and deliver platform solutions that support CI/CD, release orchestration, configuration management, and environment automation.
Lead the development of internal tools using Python (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend), and other necessary languages.
Implement scalable DevOps solutions using GCP, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
Work closely with application teams to identify pain points and build reusable platform capabilities.
Contribute to the long-term platform roadmap, guiding decisions on architecture, tooling, and best practices.
Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for platform reliability, scalability, and usability.

Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation - especially in applying AI to developer platforms and DevOps workflows.Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
Proven experience designing and building internal platforms, developer tooling, or CI/CD pipelines at scale.
Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React/TypeScript.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and related ecosystems.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable leading cross-functional technical discussions and mentoring other engineers.

Nice to Have

Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into internal tooling.
Contributions to open-source projects in the platform or DevOps space.
