You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in battery technology, test automation and product quality, and explore many more possibilities.DescriptionWe are looking for someone to develop, design and run tests for battery powered products. You'll be responsible for validating the battery technologies on Apple products from a user experience perspective throughout their development lifecycle, from early prototypes to post-release phases. You'll develop automation and analysis tools as required as well as analyze data and present to cross-functional partner teams.Responsibilities
  • Develop and run battery technology test plans with primary focus on customer experience.
  • Review existing test coverage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Triage, debug and conduct in-depth battery analysis of software, hardware and system issues.
  • Apply data-driven expertise and deep engineering knowledge to influence program decisions.
  • Collaborate and provide cross functional teams with detailed status and progress throughout the development cycle.
  • Evaluate existing tools and opportunities to incorporate new tools into the testing process.
  • Coordinate a small external team, responsible for technical training, task assignment, data collection.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science field and 5+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience programming in Python and/or C/C++.
  • Experience in automation and testing consumer products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write high quality test plans.
