Job Description:· Develop marketing & product strategy· Implement brand plan for assigned products· Design & implementing marketing activities and programs· Conducting marketing research · Adaptation and development of promotional material.· Develop product key information, sales manual and carry out product training· Tracking of product, market and competition. Sales analysis. Proposal of corrective actions.· Close collaboration with the sales team ensure sales inputs are captured and properly analysed· Establish and maintain active relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.· Management of promotional budget for product.· Other tasks assigned by the manager.Role related Qualifications/ Skills:· Bachelor’ s degree or above in Medical, Pharmacy or related areas· With at least 5 years related product & marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry· Fluency in both written and oral English· Good product analysis and project management skills· Positive work attitude and good communication skillsLocation: Ferring China M&S
