Req ID 66201 Asia Pacific Co Ltd, ChinaWe are looking for a NPV Lead Buyer in our location Xuhui Distinct, Shanghai.Your Task:

Responsible for purchasing activities materials for commodity MRO (packaging, spares, fixtures, tools, shop floor supplies, etc. ) according to Purchasing Directives, Policy and KPIs.
RFQs, supplier selection and negotiation of price and T&Cs, contracting and implementation.
Develop and implement commodity strategies at global/regional level and ensure market intelligence.
Consolidate/coordinate within the commodity as a chief negotiator to key suppliers.
Support, quote, manage and present sourcing cases according to purchasing policy.
Achieve annual KPI's for cost reduction, approved payment terms, strategic supplier content, supplier consolidation and other annual KPI's as assigned by management.

Your Profile:

Experience in non-production purchasing (commodity and/or operations), supplier development, operations or equivalent.
Experience with handling negotiations and know how regarding principles and techniques of purchasing.
