As a Global Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing strategy for key product categories to cut total cost of ownership while guaranteeing supply reliability, quality and ESG compliance.

Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for 1-2 high-growth product categories.

Build Landed-Cost & Should-Cost models to deliver ≥5 % annual COGS savings.

Manage 40+ strategic suppliers; drive OTIF ≥96 % and quality ppm ≤500.

Lead lean initiatives to cut lead times by 10 % and process waste by 15 %.

Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory & Finance to launch 20+ own-label SKUs per year.

Dual sourcing hubs in Asia & Europe, fully digital-enabled.Operating in 20+ countries, serving 100 million consumers worldwide.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field.

6+ years international sourcing experience in consumer goods; health/food industry preferred.

Advanced Excel & cost-modelling skills; SQL / Power BI a plus.

Proven track record of ≥3 % annual COGS reduction; familiar with EU & US import regulations.

Fluent English and cross-cultural negotiation ability; ESG project leadership desired.
