- Gather and analyze customer data from various sources such as surveys, feedback, social media, and sales data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement research methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies for marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to integrate customer insights into business strategies.
- Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Develop customer segmentation models to target specific groups effectively.
- Analyze customer lifetime value and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is often preferred.
- Proven experience in customer insight, market research, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
