- Partner with Business and HR leaders to design and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies for the Bay Region, Hong Kong and Macau.
- Mobilize and coordinate talent movement within the GBA by means of suitable solutions including suitable local import labor schemes.
- Monitor local talent market trends and intelligence and build robust talent pools through proactive talent mapping.
- Support HR leaders in addressing talent shortages by facilitating positive talent mobility within the Bay Region and Hong Kong.
- Develop and execute targeted passive candidate sourcing strategies and marketing campaigns to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Regularly assess market recruitment practices and provide strategic advisory to business and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence including but not limited to developing/ sourcing effective recruitment/ assessment/ screening tools & etc, and compliance within the Workday system and respective local employment related legislative requirement, setting high standards for the recruitment process.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and leverage cost-effective multimedia strategies to enhance KONE’s market presence.
- Analyze attrition trends and advise business and HR teams on proactive retention strategies.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by analyzing recruitment metrics and presenting insights through clear storytelling.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on the talent market, government policies, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and share best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition colleagues across regional and GCN area Talent teams.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards to ensure visibility of recruitment performance for HR and business stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the TA team to drive continuous improvement and raise performance standards.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including operational process development.
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and inspiring a Talent Acquisition team.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining a Talent Advisory approach.
- Strong expertise across multiple TA disciplines: talent mapping, employer branding, headcount budgeting, talent assessment, and competitive offer design.
- Executive recruitment experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to leverage social networks and alternative sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage candidates.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Strategic mindset with a long-term approach to talent planning and solution design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of labor law and its application in interviewing, selection, recruitment, and placement.
- Familiarity with local government policies and their implications for talent sourcing strategies and tactics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
